; Boiler House is Pearl’s most dramatic restaurant to date, and the wine list is its most developed. But though the menu offers gems, notably in smaller plates and vegetable sides, it’s also very oddly organized, and its emphasis on expensive Boiler Cuts of meat and fish seems misplaced. In good weather, the outdoor “wine garden” should nevertheless prove appealing.
